1. About Our Service

SaveVideoKit is an online tool designed to help users process and download publicly accessible videos from supported third-party websites.

The Service does not support private, login-required, access-restricted, or DRM-protected content. SaveVideoKit does not provide tools intended to bypass authentication, paywalls, or effective copyright protection measures.

2. Copyright and Authorized Use

SaveVideoKit respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

Users must only download content when they:

• Own the content or hold the relevant rights.
• Have obtained permission from the copyright owner.
• Are permitted to download the content under an applicable license.
• Have another valid legal basis for downloading the content.

The fact that a video is publicly accessible does not necessarily mean it is free to download, reproduce, distribute, or use commercially.

Users are responsible for ensuring their activities comply with applicable copyright laws and the terms of the source platform. SaveVideoKit does not grant users any rights to third-party content.

3. Third-Party Content

SaveVideoKit does not own, create, or control videos published on third-party platforms.

Videos are selected through URLs submitted by users. The availability of a video through our Service does not imply that the copyright holder has authorized its download.

SaveVideoKit is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the third-party platforms it supports.

4. Temporary Processing and Storage

To provide video downloads, SaveVideoKit may temporarily retrieve, process, merge, and store media files using its servers and third-party cloud infrastructure. Processing is ordinarily performed by Worker servers located in the United States. Processed files may be temporarily cached in Cloudflare R2.

When a compatible source already provides a complete video with audio, SaveVideoKit may provide a refreshed source link instead of copying the file to temporary storage.

Processed files are intended for temporary delivery to the requesting user, not for permanent hosting or public redistribution.

Completed files are scheduled for automatic deletion approximately 30 minutes after processing. Actual deletion may be subject to technical delays.

Temporary processing does not transfer copyright ownership or grant additional usage rights.

5. Prohibited Use

Users must not use SaveVideoKit to:

• Download or distribute content without the necessary rights or legal authorization.
• Circumvent DRM, paywalls, authentication, or private-content restrictions.
• Infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other applicable laws.
• Redistribute downloaded content in violation of copyright law or applicable licenses.
• Abuse the Service through unauthorized automated activity.

SaveVideoKit reserves the right to restrict or refuse requests that violate these conditions.

6. Copyright Complaints

We respect the rights of copyright owners. If you believe that content processed through SaveVideoKit infringes your copyright, contact us at [email protected].

Please provide the copyrighted work's identification, the relevant source or download URL, your contact information, and an explanation of your rights and concerns.

We will review sufficiently detailed complaints and take appropriate action, which may include disabling access, removing temporary files, or restricting further processing of identified content. Additional procedures may apply under relevant copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

SaveVideoKit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Users are responsible for their use of downloaded content and for compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SaveVideoKit disclaims liability for unauthorized uses of content by users. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from SaveVideoKit's own conduct where applicable.

8. Changes to This Disclaimer

SaveVideoKit may update this Disclaimer to reflect changes in the Service, applicable laws, or operational practices.

Continued use of the Service is subject to the applicable Terms of Use and this Disclaimer.
