Twitter (X) Video Downloader
Download public X (Twitter) videos and GIFs as MP4.
Quick answer
Twitter Video Downloader is a free web tool that saves public X (Twitter) videos as MP4 files. Paste a link from x.com or twitter.com, and the video downloads to your device in seconds. No account or app is needed. GIFs are delivered as short MP4 files. The finished file is kept for two hours and then deleted automatically. Looping GIFs on X are stored as short MP4 video, so they are saved in that same form.
